Pirarucu Sashimi By Chef Larissa Mazzoli

Ingrediens:


1- 70 Grams of Pirarucu fish
2-10 Grams Ginger
3- 3 Table Spoons of soy sauce
4- 2 Table Spoons of lemon juice
5 - 1 3- 3 Table Spoons of mineral water
6- 1 Table Spoons of sesame oil

7- Green Chili to garnish
8- Radish to Garnish
9- Crispy garlic to garnish

Preperation Method:

Clean the Pirarucu cut in to tin slices (sashimi),

Sauce : clean the ginger , cut small cubes, add soya sauce, lime juice mineral water and sesame oil , mix all smooth.

Garnish:
Cut tin slices of radish and green chili,
Garlic cut tin shaves of garlic, keep the oil in slow fire fired until get gold color removed keep in the tissue paper to remove the extra oil.
